I made the first Baguette Bag from remnants such as terry cloth, silk scraps, patchwork pieces that didn't have anywhere else to go. The silhouette was simple enough to finish in an afternoon and interesting enough that I've returned to it many times since, in entirely different fabrics, arriving somewhere new each time.

This tutorial gives you everything you need to make your own.
